|Recommended: YesSo far so good — Only been here a month. A lot going on with improvements. Starting to look nice. Grounds are always clean and maintained. Staff and maintenance are friendly and on top of things. Love the apartment. Seems more like a home.

|Recommended: YesPeace of mind — My husband and I are so glad we chose Riverwood. We have peace of mind knowing things will be taken care of in a timely manner. Our dogs have settled in nicely and our boys are happy. So many fun things for kids to do, but by far the pool is their favorite Moving in went seamless and the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. We have zero complaints other than wishing we would have moved in a lot sooner

|Recommended: YesWe are loving it — Me and my wife moved to our apartment a few weeks ago and so far we are loving it
Everything is so clean and green, there are big areas where you can take a walk, walk your pup, a dog park, grill area, pool, playground, etc.
The maintenance and office teams are very responsive, professional, and easy to work with.
I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice apartment with lots green space.

|Recommended: YesFirst Weeks — We signed our lease in the middle of last month but have only been living in the unit for a week or so. The noise from other units is minimal, everyone has been super friendly and everyone we've talked to absolutely loves the place, even the people moving out. Can't wait to restart our lives here.

|Recommended: YesHappy residents — This is a safe neighborhood and the people are friendly. I think maybe the buildings themselves are a little old but furnished nicely. Sound seems to seep moreso through ceiling floors than I would've hoped but for the most part isn't a big deal just wish the builder did a better job. Mail is great. People often pick up parcels delivered at the door and place them at delivery station, friendly neighbors and staff I assume. Security seems nice, cameras cover all entry ways. Overall my wife and I are very happy we chose to live here

|Recommended: YesVERY happy — We just moved in here about two weeks ago and already it has been amazing. Before we moved in the staff was so helpful with getting everything in order, keeping in constant contact with us as well. The whole move in process was so seamless and made the stress of moving drift away. The grounds, hallways, even the elevators are so clean, I love the dog park area and so does my dog The fact that there are so many lights around outside makes taker her out at night so much easier. It is a very quiet community and we couldn't be happier living here.
